Data We Collect

We collect registration details, login timestamps, device type, IP address and payment method references such as your UPI handle. We do not collect payment credentials directly — those stay with Paytm, PhonePe or the UPI processor.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly on your device. You can disable non-essential cookies via the cookie preference panel in your account settings without affecting your ability to deposit or withdraw.

Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes — never in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and we send a login alert to your registered email each time your account is accessed from a new device or location.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is retained for the duration of your account. After you close your account, we keep transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then delete the rest of your personal data.

Who Has Access

Your data is accessible only to 1rk staff who need it to operate your account — support, finance verification and fraud prevention teams. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

Requesting Changes

You can request a full export of your account data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting the privacy team via email or the live chat Privacy tag. We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within seven working days.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, device identifiers and payment method references such as your UPI handle or Paytm-registered number. We do not store full payment credentials — those remain with the payment processor.

We share data only with payment processors like Paytm, PhonePe and UPI networks to complete transactions, and with fraud-prevention partners where required. We do not sell your personal data to marketing companies or data brokers under any circumstances.

Email our privacy team from your registered account address and ask for a Subject Access Request. We will compile your account data, transaction history and session logs and send the export to you within seven working days of verifying your identity.

Yes. Contact us via email or the live chat Privacy tag to request deletion. We will remove your personal data after retaining the records that applicable Indian financial regulations require us to keep, then confirm completion to you in writing.

Transaction records are kept for the retention period mandated by applicable Indian financial and anti-money-laundering regulations. Once that statutory period ends, we permanently delete those records from our active systems and backups.

We use session cookies for login continuity and analytics cookies to monitor page performance. Non-essential cookies can be switched off in your account's cookie preference panel at any time. Turning them off will not prevent you from depositing via UPI or withdrawing to Paytm.
