Data We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, and payment identifiers when you register. Transaction records tied to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe deposits are retained for statutory compliance periods and then purged on a rolling schedule.

Cookie Use

Session cookies keep you logged in across pages; analytics cookies help us understand which sections of the lobby see the most activity. You can adjust cookie preferences in your account settings at any time without losing your session.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. We apply two-factor verification on login attempts from unrecognised devices and flag unusual access patterns for a manual security review before allowing further transactions.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus the statutory period required under applicable Indian law. If you close your account, transactional data is archived for the legally mandated duration, then deleted.

Yes. Access to our platform depends on local law and is available only where your state or territory permits it. We recommend checking your local regulations before opening an account or making any deposit via UPI or Paytm.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the payment identifiers associated with your chosen method — UPI ID, Paytm wallet, or PhonePe number. We collect only what is required to run your account and meet statutory obligations.

Email our compliance address with your registered email and account ID. We will compile your data record and send it to you within 7 working days. The response covers account details, transaction history, and any correspondence on file.

You can request deletion after closing your account. We will remove your personal data once the statutory retention period required under applicable Indian law has elapsed. We will confirm the deletion timeline in writing when you submit the request.
